DIS - Swedish Visitor's Permit Information (Fall 2026)

This form provides DIS with the information needed to submit your Swedish Visitor's Application for your semester in Stockholm. If you have any questions about the process, please email visas@DISabroad.org. We're happy to help!

This form will take an estimated minimum of 20 minutes to complete and we recommend using a computer than than mobile device.
The information you provide will be submitted to the Swedish Migration Agency, so please ensure it is complete and accurate
In order to complete this form, you’ll need information about your immediate family members (parents, children, and siblings), such as birth dates, citizenship, and marital status.
